Elk at Dusk

My cousin and I arrived within a half hour of each other - I had driven from Salt Lake City and she from Ketchum, Idaho to meet in Jackson, WY. While there was still light, we took a quick drive through Gros Ventre, then to the Elk National Refuge, and then headed over to Moose Wilson Road. There, as dusk had set in, we saw a small herd of elk outside the refuge including this cow who paused long enough for me to take her picture in the fading light.
