Be Here Now
A beautiful hike in a natural setting can clear my mind and allows me to be filled with the present moment: the beauty of the surrounding area, the sounds of the river and birds, the warm air, my breathing, the overall landscape, the little details within the scene like a beetle on a flower, an abandoned nest in a tree, or a golden eagle perched on a cliff above. This scene was from the Steelhead Trail bordering the Deschutes River in Central Oregon. Cropped and vignetted.
