This wild mare and her foal trotted down to the waterhole (Chestnut Pinto Mare and Foal, No. 1), but realizing there were two photographers around, she led her foal to the other side of the waterhole, where they leisurely quenched their thirst, and then before heading off, obliged me with a pose.
