Great White Pelican, Profile, painterly
The Great White Pelican, this one from Walvis Bay, Namibia, is the 2nd largest pelican. They range from Europe, Asia and Africa. I have created a textured background and blended in painterly layers for a unique finish. There is the original photograph of this pelican as well as an image of this bird with a direct stare and another painterly version that can be found in the Namibia Botswana collection or Birds collection.
