Indian Paintbrush in an Alpine Meadow
Somehow one trail turned to another, and we wandered past lakes high up on the mountainside and then near the tree line we started to encounter the beautiful alpine meadows. This was at the very end of July and the flowers were stunning in Mount Rainier National Park.
