Male Rufous Hummingbird on a Branch
On the last day of a very dreary winter, it was a sunny day, isolated in a forecast of rain for the next couple of weeks. To make the most of the light, I stopped by the William L Finley National Wildlife Refuge on my way home from Portland and was happy to see this male Rufous Hummingbird making the most of the almost Springtime weather.
