This picture was taken about 9:30pm. Earlier in the evening I had been waiting for the full moon, as the two nights before I had been returning home, and the moon had been gorgeous around 8:15, but I don't take my camera to work. Unfortunately, the moon was too low behind the trees and didn't make its appearance. I put my camera away, and then later noticed it had come out and was glowing with an orange cast. It was pretty dark, so I had to take multiple exposures to get the proper exposure on river, land and moon.
