Artist's Description
I love being able to photograph hummingbirds feeding naturally. They tend to like certain flowers and if you're patient will return to them. They're so fast, the light needs to be pretty good. This one was flitting around so much, she did take few rests between her snacks. This is a Rufous hummingbird. On a couple of these shots, you can see the spot of red on her throat. There are uncropped versions and also a version of her perching.
