Running to Greet the New Day
I had just finished photographing a familial band that had shown up in the morning near my camp site, when my dog started barking behind me at a beautiful black stallion that galloped up nearby. Another chestnut bachelor stallion showed up, and they neighed at each other and ran around quickly before taking off and disappearing in the sagebrush.
