Description
Salt Creek Falls from the Top
Salt Creek Falls is the second highest waterfall in Oregon at a height of 286 feet. There is an observation deck and a trail that did lead to the bottom of the falls. Unfortunately, there had been a rock slide that obliterated the last 100 feet of the trail, and I did not attempt going beyond that as there was slick snow and ice covering the rock fall at the time of my visit. Really enjoyed seeing the falls and will definitely return to see it in summer too!

Nature, animals, beauty have been a source of nourishment throughout my life. Photography allows me to capture, interpret, and share that world of wonder I see about me, and sometimes use what I capture as an inspiration to create something new, by incorporating other exposures, textures or brushwork.
