A break in rainy weather on a winter's day cried for a day's outing to the coast. I decided to visit the Neptune State Scenic Viewpoint which consists of four different sites. This is the southernmost, where there are beautiful views of the Oregon Coast and also frequent sightings of harbor seals, and indeed I saw quite a few cavorting in the sea. This is an HDR image, using multiple exposures to gain a wide tonal range.
