Young Brown Bear Cub and Its Mother, No. 1
I really was hoping to see young bear cubs (aka grizzly cubs) at Lake Clark National Park, and I wasn't disappointed. We had already seen some one and two year olds when we spotted the sow and her two cubs across the meadow, but we had to go around the whole parameter of the meadow to reach them. The sow was a beautiful blondish bear, and her two cubs were very cute, although by the time we got to them they looked ready for their nap. I enjoyed see one crawl over its mother and also seeing the affection between them.
