Description
A few photographers were photographing this bear which was to the east of them and to the side and east of us, while our small group was photographing a bear in front of us and west of the first bear. Another dominant male started to come in from the west and this bear startedf to make its way between the two groups. One of the photographers in the other group turned around too quickly and startled this bear who jumped forward and went quickly to the edge of the field where there were lupins growing. It was a lucky break as the bear passed first in front of me and then struck a great pose in the flowers. Another similar picture has the bear looking off towards the bear to the west, gauging its behavior.
