"The Journey Through Time Scenic Byway stretches 286 miles through north central to eastern Oregon." We started from Smith Rock State Park, went to the Painted Hills of the John Day Fossil Monument and then passed through John Day before heading south to Burns. It's a beautiful drive and this was one of the scenes we passed in a farming field near John Day. I have seen wild Turkeys but not so many at once.

In addition, recently, three large prints of waterfalls (Spirit Falls with Reflection, Moon Falls, and Pinard Falls), were bought by the Cottage Grove Ranger District Office to decorate their new work...
