Osprey Taking Home Leftovers

There is a family of ospreys that live across the McKenzie River. The parents have been teaching the young to hunt. This day, three were flying around, but this one was perched in a tree, hunching over, flapping its wings or just sitting and scanning the sky. It wasn't until I looked through my telephoto that I saw it had a fish. It took its time eating some of the fish, and then eventually carried the rest of it back to the nest.
