Description
View of the Tatoosh Range
No matter which way you turned on this hike, there was something beautiful to look at. There were alpine meadows, a creek, the amazing glacier filled presence of Mount Rainier and south, there was the Tatoosh Range with light from the sun that was slipping behind the mountain. At this point, we were probably on Skyline Trail in the Rainier Mountain National Park in Washington State.

Nature, animals, beauty have been a source of nourishment throughout my life. Photography allows me to capture, interpret, and share that world of wonder I see about me, and sometimes use what I capture as an inspiration to create something new, by incorporating other exposures, textures or brushwork.
