Description
Elephant Herd at Okaukuejo Waterhole at Sunset
We were so lucky to get to the Okaukuejo waterhole in Etosha National Park about an half hour before sunset just as elephant herds started to come in for water. The came in from the North west and mostly existed to the Southeast. Other animals, such as giraffe and a couple of jackals wee also there. As the sky deepened, some elephants left and others came, including calves. An amazing experience I hope never to forget.

Nature, animals, beauty have been a source of nourishment throughout my life. Photography allows me to capture, interpret, and share that world of wonder I see about me, and sometimes use what I capture as an inspiration to create something new, by incorporating other exposures, textures or brushwork.
